the pools were nice, but only one was heated by like, barely anything—how pathetic. i also expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but apparently, that’s not in the budget. the wifi barely works and only at the lobby, which is just an inconvenience. honestly, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t get over these issues.

During my 10-night stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service from the front office team, who went out of their way to make sure every guest was satisfied, especially in a crowded setting. My stay at Caesar Palace was enjoyable with amazing pools and a fun water slide, perfect for my family. Despite the food being quite repetitive, the friendliness of the front office team made our experience more pleasant. A beautiful budget-friendly escape overall.

Only one pool heated by barely a few degrees!!! The wifi barely works and is accessible only from the lobby!!! The room finishes feel outdated, even after an upgrade!!! Overcrowding around the pools is a hassle!!!
